Just a small sound i made for a project i am doing, i made it by jumping and landing on my hard floor close to the microphone. The effect is used for a person that is falling heavily on the ground. Recorded with my røde nt1-a microphone. The recording is in 44100 hz stereo, 32-bit, waw format.

Although still labled as a "phone bump" this one sounds a little bit more like a snippet of human speech. It is in e, and is to brief to be intelligible at all.

Bass punch/basowe uderzenie.

A rifle being dropped on the floor 3 times. Very metallic-y sounding drop sound with tons of bass. This one was sort of a happy accident. I was recording some ak foley with an airsoft gun i had when i accidentally dropped it. The sound it made turned out so good that i ended up using it for this. I actually really like how this turned out. Crediting me isn't required if you decide to use my sound, but it would be greatly appreciated if you do!.

Dropped a plastic bottle over some plastic sandals, recorded this with a phone and wo mic to record directly to my computer inside audacity and edited noise out. Use it freely no need to attribute anything.

On this show would you expect anything less?.

A recording that i did on a shoot for some ambient sound while in a small 10' motor boat. The motor runs for a little while but then turns off and the sound of the boat just floating in the water can be heard. The mic is moved around a bit to get a few samples of different perspectives.

I took this sample from a phone message. I did use a live feed,(from the headset output on my phone, through a cable into my digital recorder. ) but it is very soft. When i tried recording with out the live feed, i couldn't even find the noise again. It could definitely use to be amped up a bit.

Still from a phone conversation, but this one sounds like a dart hitting a dartboard. It is in c, although it is so short it really doesn't matter.

Walking around my neighborhood with a luggage/trolley. Sometimes continuous, but also with bumps and stops. Different surfaces. Some cars and planes go by, you may need to cut around them. Rode ntg2 + zoom h4nno processing.

Rootsy solo mandolin cue, part of a "matched set" to be used in different places in a podcast, radio show, or video. The set contains segments from a second or two up to about a minute, to be used for cues, hits, bumps, interstitials and voiceovers. The music is a roundback mandolin from 1900 improvising in the key of g. The feel is uptempo, traditional, natural, organic, old time, americana. I'd be grateful for feedback on what worked and what didn't. How is the sound quality? are there lengths of cue that you needed that weren't here?. I strapped an h6 to the frame of a rickety fixed-gear bicycle with no shock absorbers on either wheel. I rode this around a shipping container yard near ahmedabad, on a gritty surface made up of interlocking concrete tiles. Close mic-ed.
